Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How are staff trained?
Staff obtains knowledge through classes, current jobs and past experience.

Q. How many staff are available?
We can provide one person or 100. The core group consists of 20-30 staff but the database contains approximately 300. If large numbers are required we would pull from the database of recruit based on the needs of a specific program.

Q. How much advance notice do you need?
We can provide staff on the same day on many occasions. If a larger group is needed advance notice helps insure our performance.

Q. Do your staff have Airport experience?
Yes, this is one of the most important areas of a program. If large numbers of staff are required we will use “leads” who are more experienced and pair them with “assists.”
